Jae serves as a Vice President at TaylorMade Experience, overseeing client services, event management, and office operations. Prior to joining the TME team, Jae owned a successful, licensed daycare facility for several years where she was responsible for overall operations as well as the development and planning of schedules, lesson plans, and curriculum for the program. Jae brings to TME the advertising, marketing and financial experience of a successful small business owner. Her previous non–profit experience at Melwood included developing, maintaining and updating a comprehensive database and event organization. In the public sector, Jae served as the liaison for the D.C. Police and the MD State Police Department in handling customer concerns and resolving impoundment issues. Jae is also an accomplished artist and photographer, focusing on custom-designed artwork for homes.
Jae holds an Associate Degree in Art from Towson University. She has three children.
