Melanie joined TaylorMade Experience as an Account Coordinator in 2015 and now serves as an Account Manager. Her passion for events stemmed from working at CakeDreams, a family-owned Cupcakery in Rockville, Maryland as a Sales Associate assisting with event tasting consultations. She continued on to become an intern for Ridgewells Catering in Bethesda, Maryland, primarily assisting with the planning and execution of the 2014 US Open in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Melanie held an internship position with VisArts at Rockville, gaining experience with event sales, venue tours and overall event operations. In addition, she also served as a member of the Terri Bergman Events team as support staff for day-of-event operations.
After graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Relations, Melanie most recently served as a Communications Agent at the Four Seasons Hotel Georgetown in Washington, DC.
