Melanie Demb

TME Associate

Melanie comes to TaylorMade Experience as an Event Associate. Her passion for event management stemmed from working at CakeDreams, a family-owned Cupcakery in Rockville, Maryland as a Sales Associate assisting with event tasting consultations. She continued on to become an intern for Ridgewells Catering in Bethesda, Maryland, assisting with the planning and execution of the 2014 US Open in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Melanie held an internship position with VisArts at Rockville, gaining experience with event sales, venue tours, and overall event operations. She also served as a member of the Terri Bergman Events team as support staff for day-of-event operations. After graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Relations, Melanie served as a Communications Agent at the Four Seasons Hotel Georgetown in Washington, DC. She then served as an Account Manager at TaylorMade Experience and most recently worked as the Special Events and Catering Sales Manager at TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm. She currently lives in Rockville, where she serves as the Secretary for her neighborhood’s Homeowners Association and is a small group exercise coach at North Bethesda Fit Body Boot Camp. In her free time, Melanie enjoys being outdoors and exploring with her golden doodle, Mac.
