  • Outgoing employee in the current role 
  • Colleagues who will be reporting to or working alongside the chosen candidate 
  • Committee members where applicable

These meetings will help us understand the structure, nuance, and operations of the organization.  

During this process, we will also review documents such as annual reports, organizational charts, strategic plans, reports from institutional assessments (if available), budgets and other financial documents to be as knowledgeable as possible prior to discussing the position with prospective candidates.
