Carla Mazique is a 30+ year Human Resources (HR) Professional with executive, management, and consulting experience in for profit and non-profit sectors. Carla began her professional career with Merrill Lynch where she served in operations management and HR consulting. After leaving Merrill Lynch, she worked for a Management Consulting firm developing HR policy, writing procedures, and delivering state of the art training. As an HR Executive and Consultant, Carla has served as the strategic voice in Human Capital Management for several organizations. She brings extensive expertise, having led all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, employee and leadership development, compensation, benefits, performance appraisals, recruitment, retention, diversity, equity, inclusion, cultural transformation, change management, and facilitation, in addition to leading Administrative and Information Technology teams. For the past five years, Carla has focused on consulting for smaller (for profit and not-for-profit) organizations in need of human resources support at all levels. Carla is certified as a Senior HR Professional through Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Carla is married to Arman Mazique and they have two adult children. She & her husband relocated from Fairfax, VA to Jacksonville, FL in January 2022.
