Our Talent and Acquisition Services will include the following functions:
Develop a solid understanding of the organization and its culture as part of making a successful match which includes meeting with senior leadership (and board members where applicable), the predecessor of the outgoing role, colleagues who will be working with the chosen candidate, and committee members where applicable.
Develop a position specification document based on the role, responsibilities, and characteristics of the desired position.
Identify and recruit qualified candidates once the position specification is finalized.
Execute a comprehensive search process.
Provide several top candidates to be evaluated by senior leadership in preparation for a final candidate to be chosen.
Mediate with the organization and the candidate, the terms and conditions of accepting the position, and provide mentorship for a three-month duration post-hire to ensure the professional success of the chosen candidate.
