Jill joined the TaylorMade Experience team in 2021 and now serves as a Senior Account Manager. She is passionate about cultivating strong client relationships and delivering seamless, memorable experiences for every event attendee. Known for her calm, steady presence on site and her friendly, approachable demeanor, Jill excels at keeping events running smoothly, even in high-pressure moments.
Prior to joining TME, Jill served as an Event Manager at both the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC, and the Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, NC. Her time in convention centers fueled her love for large-scale, multi-day events and the detailed logistics that bring them to life. Earlier in her career, Jill planned a wide range of events, including sporting events, awards ceremonies, and symposiums, building a well-rounded foundation in event management.
Jill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University.
Jill lives in Rockville, Maryland with her husband, Jonathan, their son, Philip, and their rescued pup, Mookie. When she removes her Event Manager hat, Jill can often be found cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles or traveling most frequently to Walt Disney World or the beach.
