Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, with a minor in Statistics, from the University of Maryland, College Park. During her time at UMD, she gravitated toward leadership roles that blended organization, creativity, and community. She led planning efforts for Women in Aeronautics and Astronautics’ annual industry networking event and coordinated a high school outreach program, while also organizing Sigma Alpha Iota’s Province Day for the greater Washington, DC area.
Through these experiences, Rachel discovered a love for event strategy and execution that ultimately led her to TaylorMade Experience. She joined the team as an Events & Meetings Intern, where she strengthened her logistical skill set, gained hands-on industry experience, and learned how intentional planning elevates meaningful moments. Now an Account Coordinator, Rachel brings a detail-oriented mindset and collaborative energy to every client program she supports.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys photography, planning her next adventure, spending time in nature, and experimenting with new dessert recipes.
