Ivy serves as an Administrative Coordinator at TaylorMade Experience, where she works closely with the entire team to support the planning and execution of events for a wide range of clients. In addition to collaborating across projects, Ivy provides administrative support to the CEO, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. She first joined TaylorMade Experience as an Events & Meetings Intern and transitioned into her current role shortly thereafter.
Prior to joining TME, Ivy earned her bachelor’s degree in General Biology with a minor in Korean Studies from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her academic background in science led her to professional experience at AstraZeneca, where she supported and helped organize the engagement committee that designed programs to bring cross-functional teams together.
Outside of work, Ivy enjoys rehearsing with her K-Pop dance crew, planning her next travel adventure, and exploring new cafés—always with a matcha or boba in hand.
