Ivy earned her bachelor’s degree in General Biology, with a minor in Korean Studies, from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2023. Her love of science and knack for connecting people initially led her into the biopharma sector, where she served on Astra Zeneca’s engagement committee to design programs that brought cross-functional teams together.
Eager to merge her analytical mindset with her creativity, Ivy produced KaptureCon, Washington, DC’s first-ever K-Pop convention. The success of that landmark event deepened her passion for experience design and opened the door to TaylorMade Experience, where she first joined the team as an Events & Meetings Intern. The internship sharpened her logistical instincts, broadened her industry know-how, and confirmed her commitment to crafting memorable, mission-aligned events. Now, as an Administrative Coordinator, Ivy supports client programs with the same energy, precision, and community-building spirit that have defined her journey so far.
When she steps away from the planning table, you’ll find Ivy rehearsing with her K-Pop dance crew, mapping out her next travel itinerary, or discovering a new café—always with a matcha or boba in hand.
