Jennifer McNulty brings more than two decades of nonprofit leadership and frontline fundraising experience to her role as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at TaylorMade Experience. As the founder and leader of the firm’s Talent Acquisition division, she has built and scaled a practice that partners with mission-driven organizations nationwide to identify, recruit, and retain transformative leadership and development talent. In addition to leading executive and senior-level searches, Jennifer plays a key role in business development, client strategy, and long-term partnership cultivation.
Jennifer has served in multiple frontline fundraising and leadership roles. As Major Gifts Officer for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, she consistently raised more than $1.5 million annually within her region. She also served as Foundation Director for Holy Family Hospital Foundation and played a critical role in jumpstarting strategic fundraising initiatives for Dog Tag, Inc., helping to build infrastructure and revenue momentum during a pivotal growth phase.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer co-founded and served as Executive Director of the Washington, DC chapter of Dress for Success, where she led the organization for eight years. Under her leadership, the chapter experienced exponential growth through innovative program development, strategic fundraising, and expanded community visibility.
Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Old Dominion University. She resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with her husband, Ed, their son, Davis, and their black lab, Halsey.
