Jennifer (Jen) McNulty

Vice President

Jen has over 20 years of development experience supporting nonprofit organizations.   In her current role at TaylorMade Experience, Jen leads the talent acquisition division while also supporting business development and client services.  Prior to coming back to TaylorMade Experience, she served as a Major Gifts Officer for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and was tasked with raising over $1.5M annually for her region.  Jen has also served as the Foundation Director for the Holy Family Hospital Foundation and has held other positions in nonprofit organizations to include Dog Tag, Inc. and the National Guard Youth Foundation.

Jen was a key stakeholder at TaylorMade Experience during the infancy years of the company.  She helped significantly grow the client base while also taking the lead with many nonprofit clients to assure their fundraising goals were met.

Earlier in her career, she co-founded and served as the Executive Director of the Washington, DC chapter of Dress for Success. During her eight plus years she grew the organization exponentially through program development, fundraising and awareness initiatives.

Jen holds an M.A. in International Affairs from the Catholic University of America and a B.S. in Political Science from Old Dominion University.  She lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia with her husband, Ed and son, Davis.
