Kara brings to TME a dynamic background in non-profit start-ups. She was the founding Assistant Director of the Union for Reform Judaism 6 Points Creative Arts Academy (CAA), a Jewish summer camp serving young artists.
She had a hand in all aspects of the organization, including staff hiring, operations and logistics, lead generation, sales, marketing, and programming. Over 4.5 years, Kara played a role in developing efficiencies, creating a 100% virtual experience, and being on the leadership team for URJ’s biennial and North American youth conferences. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management and has previous work experience in Atlanta as a youth advisor and educator.
Kara enjoys working out, being outdoors with her husband, Aaron, and searching for the best scoop of ice cream possible.
