The TaylorMade Experience

Experience is defined by Merriam-Webster as “the process of doing and seeing things and of having things happen to you.” Who doesn’t want to have a fun and exciting experience? And we know that you want to create a unique, exceptional and flawless event to engage your guests and keep them coming back. In order to ensure such quality at our events, TME has the following “Company Rules:”

I don’t know is not an answer! Instead of saying we can’t do something, we find a way to make it happen. And when a guest has a question, we never answer with “I don’t know.” If there’s ever an instance where we really don’t know, our response is, “I’m not sure, but will find out right away for you.” We are problem solvers; we find solutions, and we always follow up.

Anticipate, Anticipate, Anticipate! Some people might call us mind readers but we can’t claim that. Guests’ needs are not hard to figure out. By being attentive, listening and responding quickly to requests, we can make the experience happen smoothly and effectively.

keep-calm-carry-on

Keep Calm and Carry On! Every event has its unexpected moments and challenges. There is no perfect event: emergencies happen; speakers show up late; tables are set incorrectly; packages don’t arrive on time. At some point you may feel like throwing your hands up and screaming. While this reaction might sound attractive, we find a way to carry on through the madness. Our clients typically never see us sweat and comment on how we never lose our cool. We control what we can control, and we roll with the punches, anticipate what we can, work hard and keep a smile on our faces through out the entire experience.

Providing an engaging, memorable experience at an event, particularly an event that is repeated annually, is vital to its success. Good experiences honestly do very little good – they may fall flat and not be remembered past that one day; bad experiences detract from your brand and lose the attention of your supporters and fans; but great experiences shine, are remembered fondly, and keep your guests engaged for years to come.

By following our TME company rules, we ensure that each and every event we produce truly is one that shines.
